We have not one but TWO exciting events happening in October! To start with we have our first pop up at the fantastic Cheltenham based stylish wine merchant Tivoli Wines – We will be providing a four course tasting menu to be accompanied by deliciously paired wines as well as tasting notes to be given on the evening while you enjoy your meal. We will be holding this event on Friday 14th October at 7.30pm at Tivoli Wines in Cheltenham – 56 Andover Rd, Cheltenham, GL50 2TL. You will then be able to purchase the paired wines with a discount of 10% off 3 bottles or more at the end of the evening – this discount will apply for this night only. To book please call Tivoli Wines on 01242 269886 there are 30 tickets available so please book early to avoid disappointment.


The menu for Friday 14th October 2016 will be as follows:

Citrus & seaweed cured mackerel, cucumber and horseradish
Windrush valley goats cheese, honey glazed ham hock, pickled beetroot
Sous-vide duck breast, confit leg croquette, pickled blackberries, roast onion purée, duck sauce
Vanilla panna cotta, hedgerow jelly, maple and cobnut granola

Secondly, after much success at our first pop up with our lovely friends at The Cotswolds Distillery in July we can now announce our next date at the same venue. We will be popping up on Saturday 29th October at 7.30pm at The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton, once again with a delicious four course tasting menu, accompanied by outstanding cocktails. Tickets are available to purchase by calling the distillery on 01608 610 406 again there will only be 30 tickets available so get in touch early to avoid disappointment.


The menu for Saturday 29th October will be as follows:

Celariac remoulade, truffle velouté, crispy quails egg and hazelnut pesto
Whisky cured trout, cucumber ketchup, charred cucumber and horseradish yoghurt
Loin of venison, pumpkin, parmesan and toasted oats
Earl Grey and spiced apple cake, blackberries and cinnamon granola
